Terms of Service

Eligibility and authority

You must meet Discord’s minimum age and be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you configure Hexed for a server, you confirm that you have permission to do so and are responsible for the settings and content you enable.

Acceptable use

• Follow applicable law, Discord’s terms and community rules.
• Do not abuse, disrupt, probe, overload, reverse engineer or bypass service limits or access controls.
• Do not use Hexed to harass, exploit, defraud, distribute unlawful content, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or automate prohibited activity.
• Do not manipulate games, balances, rewards, subscriptions or engagement systems through exploits, alternate accounts, collusion or deceptive activity.
• Only submit content and connect accounts that you are authorized to use.

User content and server configuration

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Hexed a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate and improve the requested service. You are responsible for your content and server configuration. We may remove or restrict content or features that violate these Terms, law, platform rules or safety requirements.

Virtual items and premium services

Coins, items, ranks, wagers and other virtual rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender and cannot be redeemed outside Hexed. We may correct balances affected by bugs, abuse or invalid transactions. Premium features, prices, renewal terms and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Hexed reliable, but features may change, pause or end and the service may experience outages. We may impose reasonable limits to protect users, Discord, the economy or infrastructure. Material changes to these Terms will be dated and may require renewed acceptance.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Hexed at any time. We may limit or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements or protection of the service and its users. Declining these Terms blocks command access; the owner may reset that specific choice after review. Restrictions imposed for other reasons remain separate.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hexed is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Hexed is not responsible for server administrators’ actions, user content or third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, Hexed and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Questions, legal notices and account requests can be submitted through Hexed’s official support server or website. These Terms and the Privacy and Cookie Policies form the agreement governing the service.
