Information we handle

• Discord account, server, channel, role and message identifiers needed to respond to commands and provide configured server features.
• Content you intentionally submit to a Hexed feature, such as command input, tickets, applications, reminders, game entries, profiles or saved configuration.
• Service activity such as command use, economy records, game statistics, moderation records and security events.
• Account links you choose to create, such as Last.fm, and subscription or entitlement status. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not Hexed.
• Technical information needed for security and website sessions, such as session cookies, timestamps, error details and limited request metadata.

How we use information

• Provide, personalize and maintain requested bot and dashboard features.
• Enforce server settings, prevent abuse, secure accounts and investigate reliability or safety issues.
• Maintain balances, entitlements, audit records and other persistent features users reasonably expect to continue.
• Measure aggregate feature use and improve performance, usability and support.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by hosting, database, monitoring, authentication, payment and API providers only as needed to operate Hexed. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. Server administrators and participants may see information that a feature is designed to share in Discord.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the feature, security, dispute prevention, legal obligations and backups. Retention varies by feature: temporary interaction state expires quickly, while balances, moderation records, subscriptions and user-created configuration may persist. You may disconnect linked accounts and request access or deletion through Hexed support. Some records may be retained where deletion would undermine security, financial integrity, other users’ rights or legal duties.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy. You can stop optional processing by disabling a feature, disconnecting an integration, removing Hexed from a server you control, or declining the Terms. Contact Hexed support through the official support server or website to make a privacy request. We may verify identity before acting.

Security, children and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Hexed is not directed to children below the minimum age required for Discord or digital consent in their country. We may update this policy as the service or law changes; material changes will be dated and, where appropriate, presented for renewed acceptance.
